Alexandra Shigo

Physician Assistant
Alexandra Shigo, PA-C was born in Annapolis, Maryland and was raised in Central Florida. She is a Board Certified Physician Assistant and received her Associate of Arts degree from Valencia Community College, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science Education and Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida. Before joining Dr. Judge and the team at Central Florida Dermatology Associates, Ms. Shigo worked in the field of Family Practice. She is a passionate Gator fan, and enjoys attending Gator football and basketball games. She currently lives in Winter Park, and enjoys shopping, snow skiing and traveling.

Caridad Lopez

Physician Assistant
Caridad Lopez, PA-C, is a Board Certified Physician Assistant and holds a dual Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in Entomology/Nematology and Microbiology, a Masters Degree in Clinical Medical Science, and a Physician Assistant Diploma from Barry University in 2005. Ms. Lopez graduated as the Salutatorian in her graduating class at Barry University, and also received the President’s Award through the Barry University PA Program in recognition for her outstanding service, academic and clinical achievements. Before joining Dr. Judge and the team at Central Florida Dermatology Associates, Ms. Lopez practiced as a Physician Assistant with an allergy and asthma group in South Florida.

Ivani Alves, CMA, C.A.C.

Cosmetic Coordinator
Ivani Alves joined Dr. Judge and the team at Central Florida Dermatology Associates in August, 2000, and is originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil. Ms. Alves has been trained by Dr. Judge in the latest technologies and product to provide the most effective treatment protocols. Her skills, talents and experience have equipped her with extensive knowledge and the versatility needed to work with different types of patients.

Ms. Alves uses an honest, informative approach to address all goals and concerns during the consultation, and her gentle and compassionate nature will help you achieve your desired result in a relaxing and caring environment. Ms. Alves will take the steps needed to create a customized home skin care routine to maintain your results from the treatment, and help your skin age gracefully.

Christy Giovannini

Esthetician
Christy Giovannini is an Orlando native and has been a licensed esthetician in Florida since 2004. She joined Dr. Judge and the team at Central Florida Dermatology Associates with a strong background in the medical field, and continues to supplement her skills in a variety of esthetic therapies and treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, body treatments and waxing. Ms. Giovannini also has advanced training and experiencing in caring for sensitive skin types, and in treating acne. She strives to provide customized services and product recommendations specifically for your skin type, and her friendly, caring attitude backed by years of experience ensures you will receive the ultimate in care.
