Hand Rejuvenation

The hands are a forgotten area that can give away a person’s age.

Cosmetic Device and Laser Treatments:

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) – IPL treatments use Broadband Light (BBL) energy to target the redness, brown spots or discoloration and enlarged blood vessels that develop under the skin’s surface. The light energy is absorbed by the target and stimulates a repair process which restores more even skin color and tone.

Photofractional therapy (IPL combined with ResurFX) – By combining IPL and ResurFX technologies, both skin pigmentation and texture issues can be addressed at the same time. IPL technology removes unwanted pigmentation and blood vessels from the skin, while the ResurFX fractional laser stimulates the production of new collagen and elastic fibers in the deeper layers of the skin.

Injectables:

RADIESSE® – RADIESSE® is a wrinkle filler offered at our Orlando office that works immediately to add volume under the skin. Over time, the benefits of RADIESSE® continue by naturally stimulating your body’s own natural collagen. The natural results have been shown to last a year or more in many patients, making the treatment results both immediate and long lasting.

Spa Treatments:

Microneedling – Micro-needles are used to create tiny vertical perforations in the epidermis and dermis, the top most layers of the skin. This triggers the skin’s natural repair process to stimulate collagen and elastin production. During the procedure anti-oxidant and collagen stimulating products are applied.

Pellevé – The Pellevé System delivers constant, gradual radiofrequency energy deeply into the skin, causing heat to build up where the skin and fat layer meet. The increasing heat modifies the collagen bundles deep in the skin, causing contraction and stimulating the growth of new collagen over time.

Neck Rejuvenation

Over time, the neck can show significant signs of sun damage, known as poikiloderma, and is often affected before the face. The skin may sag as a result of aging or weight loss, and the texture can become more crepey and wrinkled. But because the skin on the neck is much more sensitive than the skin on the face, a cautious rejuvenation plan is required.

Cosmetic Device and Laser Treatments:

UltraPulse Co2 Laser – The UltraPulse Fractional CO2 Laser is designed to regenerate the skin, reduce the signs of aging and repair fine lines, wrinkles, scarred skin and sun damage. This fractional CO2 laser stimulates your skin to repair itself. This minimizes downtime and helps increase collagen production so the skin appears tighter, smoother, healthier and more youthful.

Infini – The Infini procedure uses microneedles to deliver Radiofrequency (RF) energy deep into the dermis to stimulate collagen production for impressive wrinkle reduction. Infini’s precisely targeted delivery of RF energy reduces the thermal damage to surrounding tissue to speed healing times and provide long term results.

V-Beam (Pulsed Dye Laser) – Pulsed Dye Lasers help to improve facial redness and reduce abnormal facial vessels by delivering intense but gentle bursts of light into the skin. The light is selectively absorbed by the areas of increased redness and enlarged blood vessels and initiates a natural clearing process.

Injectables:

Kybella – Kybella (Deoxycholic Acid) is a naturally occurring molecule in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat. It is used as an injectable solution in adults to improve the appearance and profile of moderate to severe fat below the chin (submental fat), also called “double chin”. Kybella, when injected into the fat beneath your chin, uses your body’s natural metabolism to clear it from the treatment area.

Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin are used to smooth lines created by repetitive facial muscle movements. Botox has been safely used for cosmetic purposes for almost fifteen years now and its cosmetic indications have continued to expand. Approved indications include:

  • Diminishing forehead lines and the furrows between the eyebrows (glabella).
  • Softening crow’s feet.

For neck rejuvenation, these products can be used off-label to relax the muscles that make the skin rise into bands.

Spa Treatments:

Microneedling – Micro-needles are used to create tiny vertical perforations in the epidermis and dermis, the uppermost layers of the skin. This triggers the skin’s natural repair process to stimulate collagen and elastin production. During this procedure, anti-oxidant and collagen stimulating products are applied and allowed to seep into the skin to nourish and revitalize.

Pellevé – The Pellevé System delivers constant, gradual radiofrequency energy deeply into the skin, causing heat to build up where the skin and fat layer meet. The increasing heat modifies the collagen bundles deep in the skin, causing contraction and stimulating the growth of new collagen over time.

eMatrix – The eMatrix offers patients of all skin types a safe and effective way to reverse multiple signs of aging. Unlike other treatments that work from the outside in, Sublative Rejuvenation works from the inside out, targeting collagen production. eMatrix can be used to treat fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars and textural irregularities caused by excessive sun exposure and aging. The result is improved skin texture and more even skin tone.

Chemical Peels – A chemical solution is used to remove dead layers of skin at the skin’s surface. Although chemical peels are most often used on the face, some other commonly treated areas include the neck, hands, back, and chest.

Loose/Lax Skin

As we age, collagen production naturally slows down, causing our skin to lose its natural tightness and begin to sag. Wrinkles and other fine lines develop as the skin loses its natural support system. Skin elasticity can also be affected by significant weight loss or certain cosmetic procedures.

Injectables:

Sculptra Aesthetic – Sculptra Aesthetic is made with a biocompatible, biodegradable, synthetic material called poly-L-lactic acid. This material is gradually and naturally absorbed by the body and works to stimulate the production of your own natural collagen. Through a series of treatments, we use Sculptra to rebuild lost collagen and restore volume to those hollowed areas in the cheeks to eliminate that sunken look.
